Overview

We are looking for an ESG Reporting Consultant responsible for supporting the design and implementation of ESG reporting frameworks and data models.

In this role, you assist in aligning customer ESG requirements with technical implementation in OneStream and provide guidance on ESG compliance and reporting best practices.

Reporting to the Senior ESG Consultant, you contribute to ESG reporting programs by ensuring accurate and effective data models, dashboards, and regulatory reports.

Job Description

ESG Frameworks & Data Models – Support development and maintenance of ESG reporting frameworks and data models (CSRD, GRI, SASB, TCFD).
Technical Collaboration – Work with ESG Consultants to implement, test, and validate ESG reporting in OneStream.
Customer Support – Assist in ESG reporting, dashboards, compliance, and customer training.
Advisory & Expertise – Stay updated on ESG regulations, analyse data, and recommend best practices.
Sales & Marketing – Support business development, create marketing materials, and participate in pre-sales discussions.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in ESG reporting, financial reporting, or consultancy roles.
Solid understanding of ESG reporting standards such as CSRD, GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
Experience in supporting ESG or financial reporting projects.
Familiarity with reporting tools like OneStream is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in ESG reporting teams.
Some experience in customer engagement and training.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
