Overview

AMCO Solutions, a leader in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, seeks an experienced OneStream Project Lead to join our expanding Nordic team. We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in EPM implementations to drive complex projects and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Job Description

As a OneStream Project Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of EPM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and AMCO’s high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with prospective and existing clients during pre-project phases to define requirements and scope.
  • Leading OneStream implementation projects from design through to successful client handover.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between AMCO Solutions and client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborating with AMCO architects to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs and technical requirements.
  • Monitoring and managing project progress, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Acting as a Customer Success Manager post-implementation, coordinating between clients, OneStream’s Customer Success organization, and AMCO’s Managed Services team to ensure ongoing success.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are not seeking a generic Project manager, but a candidate with deep expertise in EPM and a strong ability to lead complex projects with precision and professionalism. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with EPM platforms, preferably OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, or similar systems.
  • Proven experience as Project Lead in business or technical environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of EPM’s strategic impact on organizational processes and stakeholder objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
