Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team at AMCO Solutions.

In this role, you take the lead in executing our go‑to‑market strategy across the Benelux region. You’ll be at the forefront of business development: identifying opportunities, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close, and strengthening AMCO’s market presence through targeted marketing initiatives and impactful events. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Team, DST, and key internal stakeholders to bring sharp campaigns and local initiatives to life.

You’ll also build strategic partnerships with key alliances, including OneStream Software, and drive joint content, events, and lead‑generation activities that help position AMCO as a market leader. With clear ownership of revenue goals, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our regional success and taking AMCO to the next level.

Job Description

  • Take charge of a diverse account portfolio: Drive growth by unlocking new business opportunities through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives by nurturing existing relationships.
  • Spot and connect with fresh prospects: Use market mapping and proactive outreach to uncover promising leads and expand our client base.
  • Own the entire sales journey: From prospecting to closing, lead end-to-end sales for both new clients (“new logos”) and upsell opportunities within current accounts.
  • Shape and execute the local GTM strategy: Collaborate with the Customer Account Manager Benelux to tailor go-to-market actions that resonate in the region.
  • Unlock client needs and deliver solutions: Dive deep into discovery, leverage strong questioning skills to identify pain points, and craft tailored solutions that truly add value.
  • Build lasting relationships: Engage with key decision-makers and host impactful discovery meetings alongside internal experts (SMEs).
  • Ignite local marketing and demand generation: Generate creative campaign ideas and support planning to elevate market presence.
  • Drive engaging local events and content: Manage processes for targeted campaigns, partnering closely with the AMCO Marketing Team and DST to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead the proposal process: Ensure fast, high-quality completion of RFIs/RFPs and proposals, coordinating internal expertise and maintaining organized records in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Make powerful alliances: Strengthen relationships with OneStream sales managers and key partners, accelerating joint lead generation and co-marketing efforts to position AMCO as a market leader.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in enterprise software or consulting services.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Corporate Performance Management (CPM), accounting processes, and financial systems to improve market mapping, questioning skills, positioning and overall sales management.
  • Familiarity with OneStream platform or CPM platforms/ financial consolidation or planning software is highly desirable.
  • A good understanding of sales positioning for financial software, ideally consolidation or planning tools.

  • Maintains exceptional standards in communication, documentation, and continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends and foster ongoing success.
  • Proactively identifies and secures new business opportunities, excels in stakeholder engagement, and consistently delivers high-impact solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Demonstrates disciplined management of sales processes and CRM workflows, collaborating effectively across teams to drive deals and exceed performance targets.

Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and marketing platforms.

Language: Fluency in Dutch and English

Travel: Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and events.
