The Top 250 Awards Ceremony, held at the Nieuwe Luxor Theatre in Rotterdam, brought together CEOs and C-level leaders from the country’s most successful high-growth companies. The event, supported by nlgroeit and the City of Rotterdam, showcased the resilience and innovation driving the Dutch business landscape.

The Top 250 research, conducted by ECE, identifies and celebrates the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. The Young Scaler Award is presented to the company under five years old that demonstrates the highest growth, both in absolute and relative terms. This year’s Top 250 cohort is notable for its maturity, with only 5% of companies founded in the past five years, making AMCO’s achievement even more remarkable.
The ceremony also honored leaders in other categories, including the Golden Scaler (Action), Impact Scaler (Paebbl), and Woman-led Scaler (DataSnipper), reflecting the diversity and strength of the Dutch entrepreneurial ecosystem.
