We are looking to further expand our team and hire a Consultant. In this role, you will be further polishing your skills as a consultant while taking part in real projects with AMCO’s global customers. You will start contributing from the early days to a wide range of exciting and complex CPM projects on the OneStream XF platform.

Overview

  • Be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle from the pre-sales and selection processes to requirements gathering, to building of the solution and post-go-live support and will work within a dynamic team of varied levels of ability and skillsets.
  • Contribute to the development of applications by supporting the set-up of metadata, workflows, reports, dashboards, KPIs and Business Rules.
  • Support with data integration processes with historical data reconciliation.
  • Support in preparation of design meetings and drafting of design documentation and develops / prepares end-user documentation and can be involved in training for end users.
  • Constantly work on the development of all relevant skills and support the growth of the company.
  • Genuinely care about customers by understanding what their needs are and what problems they need to solve
  • Finally, you will also play a key part in the development of AMCO Solutions as a company via internal projects and consulting best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Economics, Finance or Information Systems, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferably 12 months CPM experience from either an in-house role or in a consulting company.
  • Experience of a recognized CPM Software – OneStream is desirable, but we also welcome experience of Oracle Hyperion, SAP CPM, Tagetik or other tools targeted to the CPM market.
  • Expert ability to use other Microsoft Office products namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong growth-mindset and a desire to become the expert in the CPM consulting with AMCO.
  • Superb organizational skills. You’re process driven, great at solving problems and you make decisions with confidence.
  • Solid writing skills, and you’ll be a stickler for detail. You have great communication skills and are confident in presenting and selling ideas.
  • A good sense of humor & positive mindset. We have a special culture at AMCO, and we enjoy working with each other!
