AMCO Academy

AMCO recognizes the importance of internal growth and agility. As a stronger together company, we are committed in developing and nurturing future leaders we need for tomorrow. That is why we came up with a program, AMCO Academy, that aims to equip our employees on building their individual capacities.

We provide mentoring sessions for team leads and department heads to help them step up and contribute at every level. These sessions go beyond performance coaching to help them on their personal journey. The program includes peer support and knowledge-sharing while balancing their current responsibilities at work.
