As our newest team member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns and programs, packed with engaging and targeted content that will drive results.
You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing and contribute to our digital strategy to support B2B sales, enhance our employer branding, and enhance the AMCO brand and digital presence. You will collaborate with a global network of internal and external stakeholders to achieve our Marketing Team's objectives and goals.

Drive AMCO’s digital presence (track performance and adjust accordingly)
Work with the members of the Marketing team to develop and maintain the AMCO brand and in joint effort with the team develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
Build digital top of funnel awareness as well as utilize ABM (account-based marketing) tactics to nurture and engage prospects and leads
Implement email marketing campaigns and programs (from HubSpot)
Increase the visibility and relevance of our website (SEO, SEA)
Website development, maintenance and optimization of performance and user experience
Utilize digital platforms to enhance employer branding and support HR recruitment efforts
Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing data, utilizing various tools and techniques, and create comprehensive reports to share key insights with stakeholders
Publish digital marketing content and collaborate in developing it
In joint effort with the Marketing team assist with various ad-hoc marketing tasks

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (experience in high-value B2B marketing is preferred)
Proven work experience on data-driven digital marketing projects and campaigns
Experienced in marketing and understands how to target communication to different audiences
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEA, Google Ads, Google Analytics
Experience with CRM and automation software (HubSpot is preferred)
Proficient in web development, maintenance, UX principles, and publishing (WordPress)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English.
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Can work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Empathic with strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills
Can adapt to a multicultural environment and engage with people across all levels of the organization
Prior experience working in a B2B-oriented company is advantageous.
Willing to work Central European hours (2 pm to 11 pm / 3 pm to 12 midnight)
