We are looking to further expand our team and hire a Senior Consultant. In this role, you will join our team of CPM consultants, initially focused on the Point Solutions team. You will actively engage in lease accounting, tax or capex-related projects where you will provide essential functional support to our global customers, develop and enhance our point solutions, and contribute to a wide range of exciting and complex projects on the OneStream platform.

You will be engaged in both the project and ongoing support areas of the business – from being a key resource during the implementation phase through to post-implementation.

Overview

Be involved/lead in all aspects of the project lifecycle from securing requirements to building the solution and post-go-live support.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain a solid working relationship among the Point Solution team and other teams within AMCO.
Genuinely care about customers by understanding what their needs are and what problems they need to solve.
Write and keep clear and concise functional specifications on OneStream or other CPM applications and business system processes.
Provide functional support to our customers as a project and/or support resource.
Figure out the best functional solutions to satisfy the business requirements of our customers.
You will supervise other Consultants and work alongside other Senior Consultants, Principal Consultants and external contractors.
Finally, you will also play a key part in the development of AMCO Solutions as a company via internal projects and consulting best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT & Management or Finance.
At least 3-5 years of experience working enterprise software solutions, as an administrator or in a consulting capacity. Successful applicants will be provided with the necessary OneStream solution training.
Experience in IWMS (Workplace Management) tools such as Planon, MRI ManhattanOne, IBM Tririga, or other specialty lease accounting solutions with emphasis on IFRS 16 and/or ASC 842 such as Visual Lease, Lease Accelerator etc.
Strong growth mindset and a desire to become an expert in the CPM consulting realm within AMCO.
Experience with consolidation, financial reporting, and planning is desirable but not mandatory. We aim to speak the same language with our clients to deliver the best solutions and results.
Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
Superb organizational skills. You’re process driven, great at solving problems and you make decisions with confidence.
Solid writing skills, and you’ll be a stickler for detail. You have excellent communication skills and are confident in presenting and selling ideas.
